You deliver custom-made solutions to help our clients use Marketing Cloud to its full potential. The budgets are big, the challenges are complex.

Our clients’ needs are diverse and need a flexible, innovative approach. This is where you’re leveraging your expertise. You will help them with strategy, execution and training around Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In some cases these companies have a high level of digital maturity, and other times you’ll be working with clients who are just getting started.
Your day to day tasks are challenging and diverse; from developing data models to segmenting your clients’ database. Or you could be building personalized customer journeys or creating a seamless integration with external systems. You’re constantly challenged to work on the cutting edge of technology. You’ll be cooperating closely with digital marketers, data scientists and developers.
About the team
Newcraft’s CRM team is excited about marketing automation technologies and eager to help our clients achieve next level results with new solutions. We love to come up with creative marketing automation strategies and campaigns. The team consists of talented and passionate tooling experts varying from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ESP’s, DMP’s, CDP’s and CRM. Due to the variety of expertise within the team we focus on campaign optimization, marketing automation, crm and technical development. Our clients are (multinational) organizations in different industries and varying degrees of digital maturity.
We’re driven by curiosity and a relentless need to deliver concrete results. We motivate and stimulate each other to become the best in our league by celebrating successes and organizing development events. Everybody’s willing to go the extra mile and help each other out with any challenge.
Who you are
You’re a clear communicator and love to make complex matters easy to understand. You’re always one step ahead in digital developments; you’re never done learning and you love sharing your knowledge. At Newcraft you’ll get lots of responsibility, but we expect you to take initiative. It’s essential to be self-steering.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Extensive experience in automation tactics and customer journey execution
- Experience with Salesforce implementation and execution
- It’s a nice bonus if you have experience with DMP integration and use, data integration, API integration, audience building, testing and custom reporting
