Personalizing renew offers in telecoms

Finding the best suited offer for each customer.

A telecom provider has a large customer base with mobile subscriptions. Each month, a percentage of the base will have the possibility to renew their contract or change to a competitor. Our client wanted to give each of these customers a personalized renew offer to fit their wants and needs.

In collaboration with the client, we created a custom built solution that combined usage data, transactional data and customer information. The system was able to use these data sources to give each customer the best suited renewal offer.

The first test via an email campaign, based on the new solution, showed a 30% increase in retention conversions.
