For one of our clients a team of our data scientists, marketing automation specialists, and creative acceleration consultants took on the challenge to develop a subscription-based service proposition that exploits connectivity. By using real-time data from end-users, our client was able to predict usage to optimize upsell and just-in-time delivery; and to offer customers custom fit subscriptions and personalized promotions based on their own needs.
